Description
Turtleweed has creeping rhizomes that grow up to five feet long and form large colonies. Pale green leaves alternate on the stems, are thin, grow up to one inch long, and curl slightly. This plant looks shrub like and has a strong odor. It grows in salt flats and along the seashore.
Location
Turtleweed can be found in California and the southeastern coast of the United States.
