Refund and Returns Policy
Unopened herbicide/algaecide containers and unused products returned within 60 days may be refunded after calling for return authorization (#1-877-428-8898). All returns are subject to approval and must meet appropriate criteria prior to processing. Failure to request the return may result in delay or dismissal of your return. The customer will be responsible for the proper re-packaging of the products and for paying the return shipping cost. Items that have been used, and herbicide/algaecide containers that have been opened, cannot be refunded due to safety and environmental concerns.
The TORMADA® Product Application Boat, LAKEMAID®, Vitaflume® Fountains, De-Icer or Aqua Stormfuro® may be returned within 60 days of purchase if it has not been placed in the water or operated. Electric units must be unaltered, in working condition, and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us regarding needed repairs (see Support Page).
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.
All returns must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging. Lake Restoration, Inc., reserves the right to decline any returns made more than 60 days after the original purchase.
