Aquathol K is a broad spectrum herbicide used to kill a variety of submerged weeds. It should be diluted with water and sprayed over the surface.

The active ingredient in Aquathol K is dipotassium salt of endothall.

Mix Aquathol K with water in a sprayer and spray over where the weeds are.

Is granular or liquid better?

Either liquid Aquathol K or granular Super K will yield great results.

How does this compare to Aquathol Super K?

The application methods for Aquathol K and Aquathol Super K differ: mix and spray Aquathol K liquid or broadcast Aquathol Super K granules. They also have different percentages of the active ingredient.

Is Aquathol K safe for fish and wildlife?

Aquathol K is EPA approved for aquatic use. It is labeled as toxic to mammals; be sure to follow livestock watering restrictions on the label.

Will Aquathol K kill curly leaf pondweed?

Aquathol K will give excellent control of curly leaf pondweed, milfoil, and many other submerged weeds.

When should I apply Aquathol K aquatic herbicide?

Apply Aquathol K when the weeds are actively growing. It needs 12-48 hours of contact time.

How to apply

• Use the Tormada product application boat for easy application
• Dilute with water and evenly spray the surface over the plants
  • Dilute amount needed to be able to spray evenly

When to apply

• Apply on a sunny, calm day
• Treat when plants are actively growing and near the surface of the water
• May use second treatment at least 30 days after first application

Other tips

• Application rates based on a 4 ft. average depth, areas with dense growth may require a higher rate to be used
• Needs 24-48 hours of contact time

• Drinking water: do not apply within 600 ft. of potable water intake; MCL (Maximum Contamination Level) 0.1 ppm for potable water
• Domestic uses: 0 days
• Fish consumption: 0 days
• Irrigation for food/crop: not to exceed 5 ppm per application, 30 ppm per growing season
• Irrigation for turf/ornamental: 7 days for newly seeded or sodded turf, transplanted ornamentals, or crops
• Livestock watering: do not apply within 600 ft. of potable water intake; MCL (Maximum Contamination Level) 0.1 ppm for potable water
